OATMEAL PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

For the Dough:

  • 2 cup Oats

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • 1 cup water


For the Tomato Sauce:

  • Tomatoes

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • Sugar

  • Chili flakes/powder

  • Salt

  • 1 onion

  • 1-2 cloves garlic

  • Origano

  • Basil


For the Topping:

  • Mozzarella          

  • Chicken, Fish or Shrimp

  • Put Oats, Baking soada, olive oil and water into your blender and blend it well.

  • Take your tray and spread well the dough. This dough is pretty sticky, therefore you need to apply some olive oil on your hands and it will help you to spread the dough in the baking trays.

  • Take the ready pizza dough out and add the tomato sauce

  • Add the topping for the pizza and bake or air fryer until golden brown.

Tomato Sauce

​

  • Add the olive oil, Onion and garlic to a pot and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, or just until the garlic is soft and fragrant.

  • Add the crushed tomatoes, sugar, salt, basil, oregano and a pinch of red chili flakes. Stir to combine.

  • Cover the pot, allow the pot to come to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low, and let simmer for 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
